Off-Season: 3-night minimum (4-night minimum on holiday weekends).

Non-Smoking Unit: No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes—strictly enforced, including on the balcony.
No Pets Allowed: A security camera outside the front door helps monitor occupancy and enforce the no-pet rule.
Security Camera Details: One camera is installed outside at the entry. It may or may not be active during your stay. There are no cameras inside the unit.
Rental Agreement Required: Names and ID copies are required for all guests over 18.
Credit Card Fees: Please note, credit card processing fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
