• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
• Minimum rental age: 25
• Primary renter must remain onsite during stay
• Signed rental agreement & adult guest IDs required prior to arrival
• Smart lock entry with self check-in
• Door code released after verification, payment completion & security hold authorization
• No pets or animals allowed
• Strictly non-smoking property, including balconies & vaping
• No street parking allowed — Surfside Beach police strictly enforce parking regulations
• Maximum 2 vehicles permitted (golf carts count toward vehicle total)
• Doorbell camera in place for security & occupancy monitoring

📅 MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS 📅

• Summer (June–August): Saturday–Saturday only | 7-night minimum
• Off-season: 3-night minimum (4 nights during holidays)

💳 BOOKING REQUIREMENTS 💳

• Rental agreement & ID verification required within 24 hours of booking
• $300 refundable security hold required before arrival
• No third-party bookings permitted

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
