• Exterior Security Camera: Located at the front door to monitor occupancy and enforce the no-pet policy. No interior cameras. Camera may or may not be active during your stay.

• Strict No-Smoking Policy: No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes allowed—including on the balcony.

• Rental Agreement Required: All adult guests (18+) must be listed with ID copies.

• Non-Refundable Credit Card Fees: Please note, credit card processing fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

************COMPLETELY NON SMOKING UNIT, THIS INCLUDES E-CIGS ~ NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!**************** The lap pool is VERY SMALL - if you are "pool people" instead of "beach people", this probably isn't a good unit for you Check in at 4pm, check out at 10am. NO EARLY CHECK INS (unless unit happens to be ready early) AND NO LATE CHECK OUTS! TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Basic rental fees DO NOT include taxes and cleaning fees. Maximum number of people is 8, including children. Parking is limited to 2 cars MAX - Golf Carts count as one of the two! ***PARKING PASSES REQUIRED - TOWING ENFORCED! 50% of the rental amount is due with the signed rental contract. MUST be paid in full before allowing entrance to unit. 50% due 30 days prior to your arrival, plus the $300 damage deposit, and includes SC taxes and departure cleaning fee.
