Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Booking & Rental Rules: Unit not suitable for children or infants. NO ANIMALS ALLOWED. NO EVENTS. NO SMOKING! The unit is not a hotel. Please use the provided amenities responsibly and leave remaining supplies for the next guests. Inventories are checked after every stay. No street parking is allowed, please only park in the Sandpebble parking lot, Surfside police WILL TICKET anyone on the street. Doorbell camera in place to monitor occupancy and no animal rules. 1. Non-Smoking Policy: This is a completely non-smoking unit, including the balcony, including vaping and e-cigarettes. No exceptions! 2. Rental Fees: Basic rental fees do not include taxes or cleaning fees. 5. Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 2 people 6. Parking: Parking is limited to 1 vehicle. 7. Payment Terms: • 50% of the rental amount is due with the signed rental agreement. • The remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival, plus a $300 damage deposit HOLD (not actually collected) is placed on the credit card on file 2 days before the stay. This amount also includes South Carolina taxes and the departure cleaning fee. 8. Required Documents: • A signed rental agreement • Copies of IDs for all adult guests These must be submitted before receiving the door entry code. Booking Requirements: Signed rental agreement and ID verification for all adults within 24 hours of booking. Primary guest must be 25 years or older and present throughout the reservation. No third-party bookings, pets, or smoking (including on the balcony). Credit card fees are non-refundable if the reservation is canceled.
