Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Rate Notes 1. Non-Smoking Policy: This is a completely non-smoking unit, including e-cigarettes. No exceptions! 2. Contact Information: Feel free to contact the owner with any questions about payments. Payment plans can be arranged upon request. 3. Check-In/Check-Out: • Check-in: 4:00 PM • Check-out: 10:00 AM No early check-ins or late check-outs. 4. Rental Fees: Basic rental fees do not include taxes or cleaning fees. 5. Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 6 people, including children. Contact the owner to discuss exceptions. 6. Parking: Parking is limited to 2 cars. Parking passes required - towing enforced 7. Payment Terms: • 50% of the rental amount is due with the signed rental agreement. • The remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival, plus a $300 damage deposit HOLD (not actually collected) is placed on the credit card on file 2 days before the stay. This amount also includes South Carolina taxes and the departure cleaning fee. 8.
