Plus a pull out sofa that’s full size and a futon in the upstairs loft that’s a queen! Nestled in a tranquil setting, this wonderful retreat offers a gorgeous escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Enjoy the wrap around deck, the dock, the firepit area, or one of the many toys such as kayaks, paddle boards, and a lilypad! * Within 24 hours of booking - Rental agreement must be signed, attaching ID’s of all adults, plus EVERY ADULT must sign the waiver. No exceptions or entry will not be granted. Primary guest MUST be a minimum of 25 years old AND be present for the duration of the reservation. NO third party reservations allowed. No smoking, no animals Security cameras present on all exterior doors, driveway, and yard. Cameras may or may not be active during the entire reservation.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
