• Motorcycles Allowed: No golf carts or trailers in the garage area

• No Pets/Animals Allowed

• Non-Smoking: Smoking is only allowed in designated areas outside the building (beach, parking garage). Smoking is NOT permitted on the balcony or inside the condo. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Minimum Stay Requirements:

  • 3-Night Minimum Rental during off-season (4-night minimum for off-season holidays)

  • 7-Night Minimum Rental from June-August

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Booking & Rental Rules: Unit is not suitable for children or infants The unit is not a hotel. Please use the provided amenities responsibly and leave remaining supplies for the next guests. Inventories are checked after every stay. No street parking is allowed, and there is one non-assigned parking spaces per unit. Rate Notes 1. Non-Smoking Policy: This is a completely non-smoking unit, including the balcony, including vaping and e-cigarettes. No exceptions! 2. No third-party bookings, pets, or smoking (including on the balcony). Credit card fees are non-refundable if the reservation is canceled.
